Despite my unusual circumstances in embarking on this journey, the openness and continuous support from the academic team, especially Dr. Sree (my supervisor), were highly commendable and appreciated. At UniAthena, student care is world-class. My research work provides the peak to my academic pursuit and, at the same time, the validation of the professional work that I do. Having worked in four continents for several multinational companies at senior executive level, I took the leap of returning to Nigeria some years back to set up some manufacturing and green energy enterprises. This meant a whole lot of travelling, short notice meetings and unconventional work hours. When I decided to do a DBA program, I started a search. I had to take into consideration my peculiar schedule in selecting a program that both met my schedule needs and provides the kind of academic rigour that will enable me to meet my learning goals. The Uniathena DBA met my personal and academic needs. I have been pleasantly surprised with the well thought out progression of the modules and the academic rigour involved. It’s been a pleasant journey of discovery. What I enjoy most is the support from the academic and support staff, the attention to details and the learning progression through the modules. It’s been a journey of discovery for me. I have already started recommending UniAthena to colleagues, because the learning here complements the busy schedules of executives, who want to take that extra step in their business progression.

The Doctor of Business Administration programme at UniAthena has been quite helpful to me and has made a significant contribution to my overall academic development. The initiative has been fruitful while also posing challenges. I am extremely comfortable with it. I give them an absolute 10 for support. My academic associate, Dr. Suja Warrier, is one of the best research supervisors I ever had. She is always available to support me, guide me, provide me with valuable insights, share constructive feedback, and pave the path for my continuous development. Her unwavering support was an integral part of my progress towards my final thesis. I would recommend her without thinking twice, as she is a diligent supervisor who has a profound passion for research and holds a vast stack of knowledge and expertise in the field of management research. The support from the student experience and engagement team has always been excellent. I would confidently give them a perfect 10 rating. My research journey was quite challenging, as the research work is lengthy, demanding, and thought-provoking. Most importantly, it has been quite convenient for me amidst managing a full-time job in construction. Thanks to UniAthena and my dedicated supervisor, the journey was made easy due to her exceptional support and the incredible flexibility that the institution provided me with. I would definitely recommend UniAthena without any doubt!!

I used to question myself constantly about the right institution for my doctorate programme. Suddenly, a friend informed me about UniAthena, which ignited my excitement and made my DBA journey quite interesting. With their expertise, I found my DBA journey, which I anticipated would be hard, to be much easier. It was such a rewarding doctoral learning experience where I had opportunities to delve deeply into the research area of my interest while sharpening my various skills and competencies. Online learning enabled me to stay committed to learning while accommodating work demands simultaneously as a busy professional.The academic support was simply excellent and superb. I received exceptional support and care from brilliant academic associates, including Dr. Sree Lakshmi and Dr. Suja Warrier, who offered clear and comprehensive guidelines throughout the learning journey. The non-academic support from Ms. Vandana and her team was swift and adequate. This year, 2023, was devoted to conducting doctoral research, and it was a challenging yet satisfying learning journey. My deep respect and gratitude go to Dr. Suja Warrier, whose supervision and guidance helped me trek the right and balanced path of exploring knowledge frontiers through applied research. The process of undertaking doctoral research was challenging and exciting. With perseverance and the great support of both my supervisors and friends and family, I was able to conquer the challenge. My appreciation also goes to the research administration and student support team, who helped to facilitate several doctoral committee meetings, supervisory meetings, doctoral seminars, and events.

Ronald oversees the coordination of Technical Strategy, Network performance assessment and corrective action, Cost management for I.T., Operations and Projects departments, and Liaison with Marketing Department on the Marketing Strategy, Resolution of Key Customer Problems, New Product Formulation, Promotions.

My DBA journey with UniAthena has so far been an incredible experience! The administrative staff and tutors always go out of their way to ensure that I get all the assistance that I need study wise and personally. No better education system than UniAthena!

Dr. Sree is an experienced academician and researcher who began her academic career as a Professor teaching Management to Engineering graduates. She has taught Marketing core and elective subjects for Master’s programs in Management at leading business schools. Her doctoral research primarily focused on Branding and Social Media. Her interests include brand communications, social media, advertising, and consumer behaviour. She has also served Canon India in various capacities handling Corporate Sales and Key Accounts for several years before commencing her academic career.

Vandana is currently working as Student Engagement and Experience at UniAthena. Vandana Sharma started her career in academics and has experience in working with well-known universities.  She has also worked as a Program Coordinator in a  company based in Bangalore, later rising to the position of Deputy Manager. She is proficient in proper coordination and management.

Dr.Andrew worked with Westford University College for many years as a partnerships manager and link tutor and has a detailed understanding of the needs and expectations of experienced professionals undertaking study internationally. He is an experienced doctoral supervisor and examiner and has advised a number of Higher Education Institutions in the UK and overseas on their course development, including the introduction of professional doctorates.

Dr. Emmanuel is Head of Academic Delivery, he is is an ambitious, Educational Psychologist and Life Coach with comprehensive knowledge in Educational Psychology, Organizational Behaviorism.

Over the last 20 years, Emmanuel has conducted conferences in more than 25 countries, internationally, and still continues to network with people across all spectrums to bring about transformation. Currently, he facilitates workshops and training programs within the United Arab Emirates as well as lectures at Universities and Colleges for Higher Education.
